You'll benefit most from the
lecture if you read the corresponding chapter in Anglo-American
Cultural Studies in advance and then come to the lecture with at
least three
questions that you'd like to be
asked in an oral exam taken from the content of the chapter. After each
lecture you'll have the opportunity
of using a questionnaire in OLAT to
anonymously evaluate the lecture,
review the content, and also to submit your favorite questions. You can
also share these
questions in the Question Time section of our OLAT course forum
and / or broach
them with all of us during the lecture. Please use our OLAT forum
to communicate with me and
with your fellow students and to actively influence the lecture from
the first to the last day! In the special Intro AS Lecture folder on OLAT you can find a handout for each lecture with a list of all the sources I used – including the multimedia files – as well as an annotated bibliography of relevant book and electronic resources. After attending this lecture and the seminar (M3.2), you can register for the Module 3 oral examination and by passing this exam earn your 6 credits (Leistungspunkte) for Module 3. Further details about the Modul 3 Modulprüfung online. |
