Yannik Nöhrhoff first joined the Institute of English and American Studies at the University of Koblenz in the summer semester of 2025.

He attained his dual M.A. in Anglophone Studies and History from the University of Duisburg-Essen with a dissertation on trauma in the writing of the British Civil Wars. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD with a dissertation focused on Hauntology as a critical approach to women's gothic fiction of the late 18th century.
