Self-Regulation and Reflective Practice in Teacher Education

Teaching can be rewarding but also demanding, especially during school placements. This course offers a supportive and structured space to develop practical self-regulation strategies for managing stress and staying present in the classroom.
Each session combines short guided practices (e.g., grounding, attention and resource activation) with peer reflection on real study and teaching challenges.
The course will be offered on Wednesdays, with students choosing between a session from 12:00 to 14:00 in room A213 or from 16:00 to 18:00 online (Link: https://bbb.rlp.net/rooms/cjh-ptx-a6l-ehq/join).
