Self-Regulation and Reflective Practice in Teacher Education

Teaching can be rewarding, but it also comes with many challenges, such as managing stress, dealing with performance pressure and feedback, handling emotional situations, or questioning your future as a teacher.
This course offers a supportive and practical space to explore these challenges and develop self-regulation strategies for your studies, school placements, and future teaching practice. Each session combines short, guided exercises with practical strategies and peer reflection on real study and teaching experiences.
Between sessions, you will have access to a Digital Reflective Companion on OLAT, including a personal reflection journal and short activities to help you apply what you learned and reflect on your experiences throughout the semester.
