Bachelor’s and Master’s theses

Guidance for students wishing to write their final thesis on a topic relating to vocational education

If you are considering writing your final thesis in the Department of Vocational Education, please contact the person you would like to receive supervision from by email at an early stage and arrange a meeting.

If possible, please attach a a one- to two-page outline of ideas in which you describe the topic of your final thesis and, where applicable, the literature you have already reviewed.

In principle, supervision is available for both theoretical and empirical research projects. The appropriate methodological approach will be agreed jointly during the preliminary consultation.

A seminar is offered every term to provide you with support in writing your final thesis. Attendance at the seminar is strongly recommended both in the run-up to and during the writing process.
