As professionals you are trained to structure, discuss, teach and present your studies – vital stages of the research process. But how flexible and original are you when your script or PowerPoint presentation are no longer in the foreground? Too often words “fail us” in situations where we need them most.

To respond to questions or take part in discussions with flexibility, originality, humour and intelligence is a fundamental key to successful interaction, networking, and combatting professional scepticism – and a communicative style that can be practised and improved. In an intensive one-day workshop you will learn exercises that:

  • Help you to think creatively under pressure
  • Allow you to select your content quickly and spontaneously
  • Help you to trust a more intuitive form of communicating
  • Give you good argumentative strategies for challenging situations
  • Remain appropriate, confident and calm while doing so

This practical one-day workshop will be rounded off with role-plays, discussions and/or debates.
