Ich willige ein, dass im Rahmen der Prüfung Foto-/Videoaufnahmen von mir für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit der Universität Koblenz angefertigt und über folgende Kanäle veröffentlicht werden (freiwillige Angabe, Mehrfachauswahl möglich). / I consent to the taking of photographs/video recordings of me for the public relations work of the University of Koblenz as part of the examination and their publication via the following channels (voluntary information, multiple selections possible).

Die Einwilligung zur Anfertigung von Foto-/Videoaufnahmen ist freiwillig und kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft per Email an sporteignung@uni-koblenz.de widerrufen werden. Die Datenschutzinformationen gemäß Artikel 13 DSGVO finden sie untenstehend. Eine Nichtabgabe der Einwilligung führt zu keinerlei Nachteilen für Sie. / Consent to the creation of photo/video recordings is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by emailing sporteignung@uni-koblenz.de.
