Application Process

If you are interested, please contact and apply to JProf. Dr. Andreas Weilinghoff via e-mail:

weilinghoff@uni-koblenz.de and provide the following application documents (ideally in one PDF titled “Surname_Firstname_Norwich_School.pdf” ):

• cover letter addressed to the Head of Norwich School
• CV (with picture)
• motivation letter (max. 2 pages)
• letter of recommendation by university staff (at least one)
• up-to-date transcript of records from the University of Koblenz
• further proof of qualifications/degrees that are relevant to the internship -> e.g. prior school internship/work certificates (optional)

Expectations of student interns

Student interns are expected to:

- demonstrate a proficient command of English to effectively communicate in educational settings
- possess prior experience in the education sector or working with children, ensuring familiarity with relevant practices and protocols
- to successfully obtain the right to work in the UK via the Temporary Worker – Charity Worker visa route
- to adhere to Norwich School’s policies
- to cooperate with Norwich School in relation to the vetting check process
