Successful participation in the panel discussion at the Sports, Medicine and Health Summit on the 24-th of June in Hamburg, Germany

A panel discussion was held, dedicated to the intersection of health, sports, and everyday habits. The central theme of the discussion revolved around the strategies and approaches required to effectively reach and motivate individuals to move more in order to maintain the physical and mental health.

Moderated by Prof. Dr. Dr. Leyk, the panel brought together the experts to talk about this crucial topic from different perspectives and fields. The Vice-President of the University Prof. Dr. Constanze Juchem-Grundmann initiated the discussion with welcoming remarks, setting the stage for an engaging and insightful conversation.

Dr. Bauer emphasized the importance of translating scientific knowledge into practical applications. Presenting the ongoing project „ActIv-Uni“ she provided an example for such a sucsesfull transfer.
