The Bar jeder Sicht in Mainz is a meeting place for numerous LGBTI groups and a venue for a variety of cultural events. Lesbians, gays, bisexuals, intersex and transgender people with difficulties can also seek counselling here (by appointment).

Queer representative of the city of Koblenz
Queer representative Ruby Nilges represents the interests of queer residents in the city of Koblenz. She acts as an intermediary between the city administration and queer people living in Koblenz. The Queer Representative holds an honorary municipal office and is elected by the City Council for the duration of a council term on the recommendation of the Equal Opportunities Committee.

Meingeschlecht.de is an online portal for inter*, trans* and genderqueer young people. It offers information on gender identity and sexual orientation, including a glossary, references to specialist literature, books and films and an overview of contact points in the various federal states. For people who work in child and youth welfare facilities in the broadest sense, there is a literature list with information that is scientific, up-to-date, non-pathologising and helpful for inter*, trans* and genderqueer young people. At Meingeschlecht.de, young people who are trans*, inter* or genderqueer (or unsure about their gender) can also have their say: they can publish their own contributions and help shape the portal.

The SMJG is an association for teenagers and young adults up to the age of 27 who are interested in BDSM or fetishism, and is also available as a contact point for parents of young people interested in BDSM and other interested persons.
