Fund for the funding of equal opportunities

To promote equal opportunities, the university has set up a fund to support (innovative) projects and measures in research, teaching, transfer and administration, as well as a fund to support women at the university.

Applications may be submitted at any time at gleichstellung@uni-koblenz.de. Approval is subject to a positive assessment and the availability of funds.

weiter:wirken - Fund for innovation in equal opportunities

The fund weiter:wirken of the University of Koblenz supports projects that initiate structural and cultural changes for more gender equality at the university. Temporary measures are supported, including measures to promote the careers of women, to improve the compatibility of professorship appointments and care work, to anchor gender aspects in academics and teaching and to raise awareness of discrimination.

weiter:kommen - Support fund for female students and scientists

The fund weiter:kommen of the University of Koblenz supports women in early career stages who are hindered in the realisation of important qualification or career steps due to structural or financial emergencies. Funding is provided for support services in the event of short-term bottlenecks, subsidies for publication and participation costs, qualification measures and editing or translations.

Prerequisite is that no other funding options are available.
