Application for a certificate of discharge

If you wish to deregister, you will need a Certificate of discharge the library – even if you were not registered with us as a user. You can request the exemption certificate here using the form apply for.

Please note that we can only issue the exemption certificate if you

• no longer have any overdue items on loan and

• all fees have been paid.

We will email the exemption certificate to you. You can then submit it electronically to the Student Registrar’s Office.
