Under the profile "Management of Human-Centered Information Systems for Sustainable Development", the research group on digitalization and sustainable management investigates the design, perception, and impact of digital technologies on sustainability, both at the organizational and individual levels. We examine the dual role of new technologies as drivers and potential risk factors for sustainability transformation.

Our research methods portfolio includes design and behavioral science approaches with theoretical, qualitative, quantitative and data-based methods. A central component of our research is the close cooperation with partners from industry.
