The research group Media and Service Management under the direction of Jun.-Prof. Dr. Tobias Krämer focuses on the management of new media and innovative services within the framework of interdisciplinary, empirical-quantitative research. In doing so, the research group pursues the objective of providing high-quality research work with a high level of application relevance.
