Partial assumption of costs by the employer

The University of Koblenz endeavours to support employees in acquiring professional, methodological and social competences for their respective activities. Self-motivated further education and training measures with a clear reference to the field of activity can be applied for in writing to the line manager. A corresponding form as well as information on the application procedure and contact persons can be found on the administration's further education and training service page. We will also be happy to advise you if you have any problems, queries or are looking for suitable training opportunities. Funding through equality funds

It is also possible to apply for funding for further education and training through equal opportunities funds. The decision on the granting and amount of funding is made by the central gender equality officer. If you are interested in funding, please send us the completed application form.
