If you are unable to resolve your issue despite consulting the FAQ, please contact us using the corresponding online form. Please provide a detailed description of the error, including information about who you are, what you are trying to do, and how you proceeded.

Notes for support requests

• Please always give us a detailed description of your issue. "It doesn't work" or "I can't enter anything", for example is not enough information to start a problem analysis.

• If your contact us per email, please only use your university email address so that we can assign and process your inquiries as quickly as possible. As a student, please always include your matriculation number.

!!! Please never give your personal password to anyone, not even to the support !!!!

• If your inquiry refers to a course, please state the course number and title as well as the semester and the lecturer.

• For inquiries regarding exams, we also need information such as exam number, examiner, exam date if known and also the semester in which the exam takes place or has taken place.
