Re-registration

Re-registration for the following term is a prerequisite for continuing your studies. Information on re-registration will be sent to your university e-mail address. You will not be notified by post. The obligation to pay student fees can only be fulfilled by bank transfer, stating your matriculation number as the reason for payment. Otherwise you must expect to have to pay the fees again. When completing the bank transfer form, please be sure to follow the "Instructions for completing the bank transfer form".

What to do if you want to log back in without changing your data (i.e. without a change of subject, discipline or study programme, immatriculation for an additional subject, discipline or study programme after passing the examination)?

To re-register, simply transfer the student contributions (social contributions for Studierendenwerk and AStA, contribution for semester ticket) and, if applicable, tuition fees to the account of the University of Koblenz.

What to do if you want to log back in with a data changei.e. that you can use the feedback to

  • apply for a change of subject or degree programme,

  • apply for immatriculation for an additional subject, discipline or study programme or,

  • apply for immatriculation in another study programme after passing the examination?

Change your subject or study programme

One Change of subject or a Change of degree programme Please apply online via the Application portal. The re-registration or dual enrolment for the Master's degree programmes related to teaching is made via the applications submitted in the Download centre are available. You will be informed about the details of the re-registration and the deadlines in a separate letter. In the Download centre you will also find the application for de-registration. Please note that to simplify matters, the application for a change of address and name or the application for leave of absence only needs to be completed in KLIPS. The applications can then be printed out as usual and sent to the Student Registrar's Office. Transfer the student fees and, if applicable, the tuition fees to the account of the University of Koblenz.

You will be informed by e-mail about the choice of school specialisation and dual enrolment/re-enrolment in the Master's degree programmes.

Procedure

Feedback is provided as soon as the Semester fee and, if applicable, the tuition fees have been credited to the University of Koblenz account and, if applicable, the submitted change requests have been processed.

Please validate your UniCardas soon as your semester re-registration has been confirmed via KLIPS. Validation is necessary in order to apply the current validity period to the card. You can do this at one of the validation terminals (D-Building Koblenz Campus). You can also print out further certificates via KLIPS.
