Guide for students of the partner universities

We are delighted that you are interested in a second enrolment at the University of Koblenz as part of the Southwest Network. This short guide should make it easier for you to get started. If you have any further questions, please contact the Student Registrar's Office.

If you have any questions regarding the recognition of study and examination achievements, please contact the Examination Office. Statements regarding the type and scope of possible recognition can only be made once your application has been submitted to the University of Koblenz.

1. To apply for a second enrolment with us, please note the applicable Deadlines and dates and familiarise yourself with the Examination regulations familiar.

2. Please fill in the Application for admission and send it in due time to the Student Registrar's Office.

3. After admission to immatriculation has been granted, the following must be submitted:

• Proof of enrolment from your home university

• Electronic notification of the health insurance company

• Proof of payment of the semester ticket fee

You will receive all the important information for your re-registration in the letter of admission from the Student Registrar's Officethey can additionally here can be viewed here. You can find more information about your contribution to the semester ticket here.

Information on the certificate programme related to teaching

You can study a certificate programme related to teaching with us under the following conditions

• there is an examination entitlement in the desired subject, discipline for the desired type of school

The legal basis can be found in the Regulations for the examination in the certificate programme related to teaching (extension examination)under § 2 Admission requirements, paragraph 1.
