The events for academic staff without the intention of gaining academic qualifications, teaching staff for special tasks* in their function as staff and non-scientific staff in science management focus on activities that you perform in your current position. By attending the various formats, you can develop and enhance your competences and thus meet the challenges of your day-to-day work.

*Further education and training in the field of general university didactics is an area of responsibility of the Interdisziplinäre Zentrum für Lehre (IZL).

For the processing of a specific request, we will organise an individual coaching for up to three hours that addresses your current needs. Classic topics can be, for example

• Role management and leadership
• Communication and conflict
• Self and time management

The topics of team development, communication or conflict management pose particular challenges for teams. Managers therefore have the opportunity to discuss related issues as part of a one-off team coaching of three hours together with their team.

You can also apply for a application editing if you are preparing a proposal for external funding (in all programmes) for the German Research Foundation (DFG).

The Career Fund offers postdoctoral researchers financial support to further develop research ideas and prepare and implement proposals for external funding.
