The offers support both your scientific education profile development and further qualification as well as the preparation and completion of proposals for external funding.

CZS STEM-Forum

The CZS STEM-Forum promotes interdisciplinarity in the STEM faculties with various formats and networks scientists with other research groups at the University of Koblenz and beyond. It is aimed at (natural) scientists at all career levels who are interested in or conduct interdisciplinary research.

Das IFGPZ stellt vor: Neue Webseite „Konfliktmanagement für Qualifikationsphasen“

Austausch, Kommunikation und kritischer Diskurs sind wesentliche Bestandteile wissenschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit. Das kann bestenfalls zu Erkenntnissen und Fortschritt führen, aber auch zu Spannungen und Konflikten. Besonders in Phasen der Qualifikation können Zerwürfnisse für (angehende) Wissenschaftler*innen eine große Herausforderung darstellen.
